4. Content & Copyright
All materials created by LL Media—including designs, photos, videos, and digital assets—remain the property of LL Media until full payment is received.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables.
- LL Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and promotional material.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments are due as per agreed milestones or invoices.
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of work.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of LL Media and based on the amount of work completed.
6. Use of Website
