Grade Africa, the renowned fashion brand known for their influential streetwear and fashion curation in Johannesburg, has launched their latest initiative, GradeTown.

This groundbreaking event aims to celebrate the essence of South African youth culture and provide a platform for young people to showcase their talents and skills while fostering connections among peers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

GradeTown will take place on Friday, June 16th, at Waterfall City Park, located at the Mall of Africa in Johannesburg.

The event promises to be an experiential lifestyle extravaganza, featuring a wide range of activities designed to engage and entertain attendees. Highlights include electrifying live music performances, thought-provoking interactive talks, sports and e-sports tournaments, and much more.

The music lineup for GradeTown boasts some of the most talented young artists in the country. Multiple award-winning artists such as Focalistic, Emtee, and A-Reece will grace the stage, alongside amapiano sensation Kamo Mphela. The event will also feature a stellar lineup of DJs, including Kaymo, Savage, LeloWhatsGood, Deniece Marx, Stopper, Rarri, and Don Delicious.

In addition to the vibrant musical performances, GradeTown will host a remarkable comedy show and a local talent showcase. Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore various merchandise stations, while a diverse array of food and beverage stalls will cater to their culinary desires.

GradeTown is powered by Toyota Vitz, one of the event’s key partners. Limited tickets for the event are available for R150 and can be purchased through the Grade Africa website, Webtickets, and Pick n Pay.
