TCL, a consumer electronics company and, according to the company, the world’s No.1 Mini LED and ultra-large¹ TV brand, has unveiled its vision for an AI Inspired Life at IFA 2026 with the TCL Inspiration Habitat.
Drawing on its display technology across screen sizes, home appliances and connected living solutions, TCL is showing how AI can deliver integrated experiences across different parts of everyday life rather than remaining siloed to individual products. From large displays to handheld screens, and from air conditioning and laundry to home access and family companionship, the Inspiration Habitat brings these technologies together into experiences intended to respond to people, their needs and the spaces around them.

Inspire your vision: expanding how we experience the world

At IFA 2026, TCL is showcasing its display portfolio, spanning home theatre TVs, smartphones, tablets and wearable devices.
At the centre is the TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED TV. TCL describes the X11L as representing its Mini LED display technology across QD-Mini LED and SQD-Mini LED, powered by a Super Mini LED Backlight, a Super QLED layer and the WHVA 2.0 Ultra Panel, delivering up to 20,736 dimming zones, 10,000 nits of HDR brightness, and up to 100% BT.2020 colour gamut coverage, paired with audio by Bang & Olufsen.
TCL is also showing the TCL X3A OLED+ Gaming Monitor, which combines high contrast with dual-mode ultra-high refresh rates for gaming, and the TCL Q95K Soundbar, an 11.1.4-channel soundbar with audio by Bang & Olufsen.
TCL has also brought together industry and technical experts to discuss the future of big-screen home entertainment, including Hollywood colourist Natasha Leonnet, Google TV product lead Fahad Durrani, and tech creator Adam Butcher. The discussions cover how larger home TV sizes make picture-quality weaknesses more visible, and how AI is turning TVs into more personalised entertainment hubs, with display technology, creative intent and intelligent interaction working together.
Inspire your comfort: making everyday intelligence effortless
The TCL FreshIN 3.0 Ultra Air Conditioner combines fresh-air technology with a T-AI big data model that adjusts compressor frequency for efficiency, which TCL says delivers up to 37% additional energy savings on top of its inverter performance. Smart Voice Control enables hands-free operation without an internet connection, while real-time air-quality monitoring shows indoor conditions to users.
The TCL AI SuperDrum Laundry Tower P9 Ultra uses Generative AI Wash to sense load size, fabric type and dirt level before adjusting water, temperature, detergent dosage and cycle time. Its triple-inverter heat pump supports low-temperature drying. The TCL Free Built-in Refrigerator combines flexible food storage and humidity control with a flush built-in design.
Inspire your living: a home that adapts to you
TCL says the next step in smart living will come from making connected technologies work together more intuitively, rather than from adding more devices.
The upgraded TCL NXTHOME™ combines smart displays, home appliances and design, developed with input from Audio by Bang & Olufsen, Roche Bobois, Castelli Milano 1938, Chris Lefteri Design and WGSN, exploring how homes can become more responsive without appearing dominated by technology.
The TCL AiMe Family Companion Robot uses multimodal interaction and motion, and is designed to support children’s exploration, self-expression and habits, while assisting parents with everyday routines.
Inspire your passion: technology for the moments we share
TCL is also connecting the Inspiration Habitat to the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, taking place in Berlin during IFA. As a FIBA Global Partner, TCL is bringing basketball experiences and fan interactions into the Inspiration Habitat, and says it is extending its AI Inspired Life concept beyond the home through its partnerships with FIBA and other sports organisations.
TCL’s Inspiration Habitat is on display at IFA 2026.
